I had several issues with my health like high [blood] pressure, sugar, circulations leg, and high cholesterol –
triglycerides.
 
How long were you considering Weight Loss Surgery before you came in?
I considered the decision maybe 2 years ago but always with doubts.
 
Describe your life now, after Weight Loss Surgery.
I have an active life with more exercise, more energy, with good health, great life.
